1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website (signpdfnow.app) and our mobile application (Easy PDF Signer, hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

The App can be downloaded from the official platform stores:

2. Scope of Services

Easy PDF Signer is designed to provide utility tools for document processing, including:

• Viewing and filling out PDF documents.
• Electronically or digitally signing PDF files.
• Merging multiple PDFs and compressing PDF files.
• Converting physical documents to PDF using your device's camera.

3. Local-First Processing & Document Privacy

Easy PDF Signer is built as a local-first tool. This means: All modifications, compression, merging, or digital signing of your sensitive PDF documents occur entirely locally on your mobile device. None of your document files are uploaded to, read by, or stored on our servers.

Because all document processing occurs on your physical device, we have zero access to your files, and we cannot recover, restore, or backup any documents for you. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your own files.

4. App Stores & Third-Party Platforms

Your download, installation, and access to the App are also governed by the terms and conditions of the platform store from which you obtained the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You agree to comply with all applicable platform-specific terms of service.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of Easy PDF Signer may require a paid subscription or a one-time in-app purchase.

• Billing: Transactions, payments, and subscriptions are managed and processed securely by the respective App Store (Apple or Google) using your store account. In-app subscription status validation is managed via our partner RevenueCat, Inc.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

6. Permitted Use & Prohibitions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App and website for personal or professional document utility purposes. You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App.
• Use the App or website to process fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or illegal documents.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or subscription locks in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App and website (including source code, branding, assets, design, logos, and graphics) are owned solely by Daniel Möck. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App or website without explicit prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The App and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, lost documents, or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App or website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamburg, Germany.
